Crispy on the edges, chewy in the center, and loaded with toasted pecans. These buttery cookies are impossible to resist.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped toasted pecans

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
