Pure maple syrup replaces corn syrup in this elevated pecan pie with deep, rich flavor and a gorgeous golden top.

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups pecan halves

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Place crust in pie plate and crimp edges.

    Whisk eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and salt until combined.

    Arrange pecans in the crust and pour the filling over them.

    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
