Caramelized roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with toasted pecans, dried cranberries, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup pecan halves
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a large baking sheet.
