Nutty wild rice studded with toasted pecans, dried cherries, and fresh herbs. An elegant side dish for any occasion.
Bring broth and butter to a boil in a saucepan. Add rice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes until tender.
Fluff rice with a fork and let steam for 5 minutes uncovered.
Fold in toasted pecans, dried cherries, green onions, and parsley.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently. Serve warm.
